A review of the experience!
MirlaSabino tried both the BBG 1.0 and BBG 2.0 from Kayla Itsines and after getting the benefits of losing weight shifted to try the app Sweat with Kayla. Her experience with the app has been very much like the same as that of the Bikini Body Guide and she didn’t find much of the changes amongst the both. The fact that she had to pay for both the plans and yet get the same results although does not sound good.
