Due to some manufactures are still not using metric measurement, you will see one value is described in two ways. For example, an 8″ scope is equivalent to a 203.2mm scope. Hopefully, the conversions below will ease your pain in converting.
In the future (hopefully I still remember), I will make a php calculator so that you can bookmark the calculator and do the conversion directly.
