The STS-117 crew is going to leave the launch pad in 4 hours’ time. The good news is the weather forecast shows that there is only 20% chance that the weather will affect the launch. So, they’ll most probably leave on 8 June 07 at 2338 UT.

This time, they are going to install a new pair of solar arrays, batteries and S3/S4 starboard truss segments. Their mission is quite similiar to the previous crew. They’ll unfold the old pair so that the new arrays can track the sun to generate power. The only glitch they’ll face is the unfolding of the old solar array as the STS-115 crew had a problem with. NASA has a more detailed explanation regarding this problem.
By the way, Anderson will replace Expedition 15 Flight Engineer Sunita Williams on station and Williams will return to Earth aboard Atlantis.
Let’s prepare for countdown!
Good luck to you, STS-117 crew members!
