		<description>Actually it's ok to observe the full moon without any filter and you can view it up to hours. The only reason that we don't suggest people to look at the full moon is basically the contrast. When moon is full, the contrast is at the lowest. The bright part is bright but the dark part is bright also.

Moon also absorbs a high percentage of ultra violet rays. I forgot how many times the moon is darker than the sun but all I know is moon is no harm to our eyes.</description>

However, I got a comment/suggestion from my friend said that don't keep on eye in the telescope to observe the Moon more than 30 seconds, as the Moon reflects a relatively high percentage of sun rays, especially when the Full Moon.
