After writing quite a number of articles about NASA Discovery Shuttle, I shall back to my main interest in astronomy, the astrophotography.
Left: Craters on the Moon
This time, I am success! I was able to captured the craters on the Moon. It looks so cool. I noticed that even walking on the grass will cause vibration to the telescope. I think I have to consider a tripod bud to reduce the vibration. The photo was taken in colour mode but I am wondering why it isn’t looked in yellowish. I think it’s processed by the Meade Envisage.
Let’s not forget the second brightest object on the night, the Jupiter. Although I can’t get a photo like those amateur astronomers do, my current photo is much more better than before. I believe that the factors which caused the blury of the previous photo are vibration and the low combining minimum quality of pictures. I set at 90%.
Thanks to the clear sky, by looking at the Jupiter through the field of the eyepiece, I managed to see 7 bright Jupiter moons. The photo captured minimum combining quality is set to 100% which means that only the image taken is same as the first image or even better than it will be combined. I took this picture in monochrome as I was having problem to get more details using the colour mode. It’s time to ask around.
